Rev. Evans Aninakwa, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, brings over twenty years of teaching and leadership expertise to YARRD. He holds a BEd in Social Sciences and an MSc in Local Economic Development. He began at Amuana Praso Presby School and later served as chaplain at Asamankese Senior High School. Since 2016, he has lectured at the University of Education, Winneba. In his role, he designs evaluation frameworks, tracks outcomes, and translates data into insights. Leadership of unions sharpened his participatory assessment and stakeholder engagement skills. Grounded in development theory, he ensures YARRD’s programs are measured with rigour and compassion.
