Victoria Adjele is YARRD’s maternal and community health specialist. She earned a Diploma in Midwifery in 2019 and a Certificate in Community Health Nursing. Over six years with the Ghana Health Service, Victoria has delivered prenatal, postnatal, and newborn care, trained community health volunteers, and led outreach campaigns to improve maternal and child outcomes. At YARRD, she designs and implements health education programs, mentors frontline health workers, and ensures quality service delivery in rural and underserved communities.
