Dr. Isaac Amoah is YARRD’s Projects Advisor, bringing a wealth of international healthcare administration, policy, and public-health expertise to our rural development initiatives. With advanced degrees in Health Administration and Public Health, he has led laboratory and clinic operations across civilian and military hospitals in the United States and guided health programs for an NGO in Tema, Ghana. An active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Healthcare Financial Management Association, American College of Clinical Pathologists, American Medical Technologists, and the Delta Omega Honorary Society, Dr. Amoah applies rigorous standards and strategic partnerships to ensure YARRD’s projects are efficient, sustainable, and impact-driven.
