Rose holds an MPA in Public Policy from GIMPA and a BA in Political Science and Sociology. Over the past ten years, she has honed her research, administration, and project management skills at YARRD. As Administrator at the Asene Akroso Manso Educational and Social Intervention Fund, she optimized operations and resource flows. In Parliament, she supported legislative research and constituent engagement, then mobilized coalition members and implemented monitoring and evaluation frameworks with the Civil Society Coalition on Land. A certified specialist in digital communications, land governance, finance, and gender training, Rose forges strategic partnerships and amplifies YARRD’s impact on rural development and youth empowerment.
