Clement chairs YARRD’s Advisory Board and advises on traditional affairs, blending entrepreneurial vision with deep cultural stewardship. He holds an MBA from Wuhan University of Technology and a BA in Political Science from the University of Ghana. As an agribusiness specialist, he founded and leads production and marketing ventures, served as Country Representative overseeing mining contracts, and advised on energy, health insurance, and governance initiatives. He architected programs for Ghana’s National Health Insurance Scheme, spearheaded rural connectivity pilots, and mentors social entrepreneurs. As chief of Tabre, Clement champions cultural preservation, youth empowerment, and responsible land stewardship.
